Is there a free trial?
There's no free trial — instead, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro. If Pro isn't working for you within the first week, email us and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page or the Stripe-hosted billing portal. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free tier.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. From the billing portal, you can switch in either direction at any time. We'll prorate the change, so you only pay the difference.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown in USD before tax. Stripe will add applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout based on your billing location.
Do you offer team pricing?
Yes — for organizations of 10+ users, our Enterprise plan includes seat-based licensing, SSO, and dedicated support. Get in touch via the contact form and we'll send a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe Checkout. For Enterprise plans we can also invoice via ACH/wire.
What about students and nonprofits?
We offer a 50% discount for verified students and registered nonprofits. Email us through the contact form with proof of status and we'll send you a code.
